| Girls JV Soccer | | Girls JV Soccer Core Responsibilities - Athletic Instruction & Strategy:
- Plan and lead daily practice sessions focused on skill development and physical conditioning.
- Develop game strategies, playbooks, and lineups tailored to the team's strengths.
- Direct and motivate athletes during competitions, making real-time tactical adjustments.
- Student Mentorship & Safety:
- Monitor the academic performance of athletes to ensure eligibility requirements are met.
- Enforce a firm but productive discipline framework and the school's code of conduct.
- Provide constant supervision at practices, games, and during team travel.
- Administer first aid or CPR in the event of an injury and follow established safety protocols.
- Administrative & Logistics:
- Manage team rosters, equipment inventory, and uniform distribution/collection.
- Coordinate with the Athletic Director on game scheduling, transportation, and budgeting.
- Maintain regular communication with parents and school staff.

| Head Varsity Girls Soccer Coach | | Position Summary The Girls High School Varsity Soccer Coach is responsible for leading and developing the varsity soccer program. The coach will promote student-athlete growth through skill development, sportsmanship, teamwork, leadership, and academic accountability while maintaining a safe and positive athletic environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Plan, organize, and conduct varsity soccer practices and competitions.
- Teach advanced soccer fundamentals, strategies, conditioning, and game preparation.
- Develop student-athletes both athletically and personally.
- Promote good sportsmanship, discipline, teamwork, and respect.
- Supervise student-athletes during practices, games, travel, and team activities.
- Establish and communicate team rules, expectations, and goals.
- Coordinate with assistant coaches and lower-level programs to support program development.
- Monitor athlete academic eligibility and encourage academic success.
- Ensure compliance with school district policies, league rules, and state athletic association regulations.
- Maintain inventory, care, and security of uniforms and equipment.
- Attend coaches meetings, athletic department meetings, and required trainings.
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, administrators, and staff.
- Organize preseason, postseason, and offseason program activities as appropriate.
- Ensure proper safety procedures and respond appropriately to injuries or emergencies.
Terms of Employment - Seasonal stipend position in accordance with district contracts and policies.
